This Privacy Policy describes our current information collection and use practices, as well as those practices that have been in place for the last 12 months. It applies to our online information collection through the website (the “site”), as well as the TRAVELINK mobile application (the “App”), as well as our offline information collection. Information Collection

We collect:

  • Identifiers such as your name and company name, where applicable;
  • Contact information such as your email address(es), mailing address(es), and phone number(s) ;
  • Payment information such as your credit card number, security code and expiration date, as well as your billing address;
  • Travel information, if you book a trip with us, which could include travel dates and destinations; and
  • Employment-related information, including previous jobs and education, if you apply for a job.

The following Internet and other electronic network activity information is collected automatically when consumers visit the website:

  • The referrer (the site prior to entering the website)
  • The IP address of the workstation
  • Date and time of visit
  • Pages visited while on our site
  • Time spent on each page

We use cookies only to record session information. We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

Information Collected Through the App

When you interact with the App, we may also collect some information from your mobile device. Specifically, we may collect the precise geolocation of the mobile device used to operate the App. We will only collect precise geolocation data if you provide your consent to such collection. Please note that if you decline to provide consent to collect geolocation, certain features of the App may not be available to you.

Information Use

  • provide you with promotional materials that you have requested or signed up to receive;

  • Affiliates/Partners. We may work with our affiliates or partner with other companies in order to provide you with additional benefits. In the event that we share your personal information with affiliates or partners, we will require that they use the personal information for the limited purpose for which we provide it, maintain reasonable security measures for the protection of such information, and comply with the provisions as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
  • Law Enforcement. Occasionally we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personal information. We will disclose personal information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, warrant, or other legal process to the extent necessary to meet legal, national security, public interest, or law enforcement obligations. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

Upon request, we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information. Consumers can access their information by emailing or writing to the below address(es) to request details on what contact information we have for them. TRAVELINK offers the ability to unsubscribe from email within every email sent. In addition, should a consumer wish to have their personal data anonymized, TRAVELINK has a process to complete the anonymization upon written request. Personal data is not kept longer than is necessary, except as otherwise indicated by applicable law.

California Privacy Rights

 If you are a California resident, you have the following rights.

Right of Access. You have the right to access your personal information maintained by us. Upon receipt of a verifiable request to access personal information, we will disclose and deliver, free of charge, the personal information requested. We will disclose and deliver the required information to you free of charge within 45 days of receiving your verifiable request. If necessary, we will extend the time period to provide the required information once by an additional 45 days, and will provide you with notice of the extension within the first 45-day period. The disclosure shall cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of the verifiable request.

Please note that we are not required to provide personal information to you more than twice in a 12-month period.

Right of Deletion. You have the right to request that we delete any personal information about you which we have collected from you. Upon receipt of a verifiable request for deletion, we will delete your personal information from our records and direct any service providers to delete your personal information from our records, within 45 days.

We will comply with your request to delete personal information unless it is necessary for us to maintain your personal information in order to:

  • Complete a transaction, provide requested-for goods/services, and/or perform a contract between you and us;
  • Detect security incidents;
  • Comply with a legal obligation;
  • Enable our internal uses that are aligned with your expectations and your relationship with us.

Submission of Requests for Information. We have designated the following methods for California residents to submit requests to access or delete their personal information:

Verification. After you submit a request, we will promptly take steps to determine whether your request is a verifiable request. We will verify that you are who you say you are by providing your name and your most recent confirmation number for a trip you have booked through us, or by providing other unique information relating to your interactions with Travelink.

As noted below, we do not knowingly collect information from or about children, including children aged 16 and under. We do not sell information of minors under 16 years of age.

Authorized Agent. You have the right to designate an authorized agent to submit an access or deletion request on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent to submit such a request, we will require that you:

  • Provide the authorized agent written permission  to act on your behalf; and
  • Verify your own identity with us before we can honor the request.

No Sale of Personal Information. We have not sold personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the last 12 months. We do not intend to sell personal information to third parties.

No Discrimination. We will not discriminate against a California resident because the California resident exercised any of the rights described here.


We have reasonable security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you via our site. We restrict access to your nonpublic information to those employees who need such information in order to provide products or services to you.

This Travelink website is intended for U.S. visitors and users. If you are not a resident of the United States, your country’s laws governing data collection and use may differ from those in the United States; in particular, the United States may not provide the same level of protections as those in your own country.
