TRAVELINK luxury vacation travel advisors book domestic and international packages, cruises, tours, flights, hotels and resorts, rental cars and transfers, and other luxury travel experiences. As a member of Virtuoso and Marriott Stars & Luminous, our travel advisors have access to a wealth of exclusive perks, amenities, and itineraries not available to the general public or all agencies. 

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Lives in the Nashville Metro area to represent Travelink at local events and meet with Nashville area clients in person.
• Able to succeed in a hybrid position with three days in the office and two days at home office (with specific setup requirements for remote office). You may choose five days in office, if preferred.
• Extensive experience with computerized reservation systems (Sabre, ClientBase, etc.)
• Enthusiasm for providing extraordinary high-touch customer service to luxury clients
• Extensive knowledge of the luxury travel business, suppliers, destinations, and types of leisure travel (weddings, anniversaries, family travel, solo travel, adventure, etc.)
• Ability to act as a self-starter and demonstrate initiative while  selling and closing business we bring to you
• Ability to work as a proactive, resourceful, cooperative and respectful team member
• Research client problems and resolve issues
• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills
• Detail oriented without getting overwhelmed by them
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be located in the Nashville area and able to work from our office near the BNA airport

Education/Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years Luxury Vacation Travel Advisor experience specializing in cruises, FIT vacations, and selling vacation destinations. (We are not seeking corporate travel advisors, new to industry, or air advisors at this time.)
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Specialty certifications in either destinations you love or travel types you love to sell are preferred.
