Custom Vacation Planning
We begin with a complimentary consultation to discuss your desired itinerary and applicable planning fees. Next, we will complete all remaining research and develop your custom itinerary. The non-refundable planning fee is based on complexity and length of the journey and is not applied to the overall trip cost.

When your needs exceed the requirements outlined above, we will discuss the additional work required and resulting compensation for services rendered on your behalf. You will receive a secure DocuSign to process the initial planning fee and then we will begin the detailed planning. This trip design fee for planning services is valid for 30 days and should your planning extend beyond 30 days, your travel advisor will advise you of any additional requirements before proceeding. Applicable airline ticketing fees and mileage management fees are not included in Elite or Premium crafting fees. All booking fees are for services rendered and non-refundable, whether the trip is voluntarily canceled by the client or involuntarily canceled by the travel supplier(s). Airline tickets will not be issued within 14 days to new clients.
All voluntary (your decision) itinerary cancellations, itinerary changes, or no-shows are subject to penalties imposed by the supplier. If you require a copy of these terms, please contact the supplier or your Travel Advisor at TRAVELINK. Additionally, we have determined the amount of effort to work through trip cancellations can exceed the time required to schedule and book the trip, therefore, a fee of $100 per person will be imposed by TRAVELINK and charged to the credit card that was used to pay for the travel services. You must speak to a Travel Advisor and receive written confirmation in order to be eligible for any refunds or travel credits. Upon making the booking, passenger(s) hereby accept & acknowledge liability for all cancellation fees imposed by TRAVELINK and the supplier(s).
