Association ManagementTravelink, American Express Travel’s Association Management Division partners with a variety of non-profit organizations to provide customized services and knowledge in managing administrative needs of the association. We provide membership accounting, phone, and email services to member organizations.

Travelink builds a management partnership and pricing through consultation. Our clients work very closely with our experienced staff to ensure successful implementation of their front and back office needs.

In order to begin executing management preparations, Travelink will conduct several exploratory interviews to establish a communication plan that will address member and organization needs, internal guidelines, as well as monetary policies and reporting.
